Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at momisenpai1414@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
